MASTRRR Company – Chemical Injection Mixer & Accessories

MASTRRR Company manufacturers a variety of chemical induction ultra highrate flash mixers eliminating the need for water supplies, boosterpumps, ejectors, diffusers, mechanical mixers, and static mixers. Submersible series and flanged inline series are designed to induct and flash mix gas and or liquid chemicals with superior velocity gradient mixing intensity into open channels, basins, tanks or pipelines. Applications include chlorination, dechlorination, highrate disinfection for water, wastewater, and CSO basin applications, coagulant flash mixing and many more single or dual feed applications.

GAS MASTRRR SERIES 32PT SUBMERSIBLE NON-VACUUM (Pumped) LIQUID CHEMICAL MIXER

Series 32PT ubmersible design allows liquid chemicals to be flash mixed directly into the water stream, channel, chamber, or rapid mix box with superior velocity gradient mixing intensity. The units are non-vacuum style for liquid flash mixing utilizing a rugged and reliable U.S.A. manufactured submersible motor of 316 stainless steel construction for long-term duty in harsh submerged environments. The motors are liquid filled, water cooled, and are available for single and three phase service with a variety of VAC power voltage options. The series 32PT unit has a high rate chemical discharge pattern that is axial outward from the unit. The direct through feed system allows the chemical to be induced upstream of the propeller and provides a high rate mix an axial dispersion of the chemical mixture into the water stream.

  • Titanium housing and a large diameter Hasteloy C propeller providing excellent chemical compatibility.
  • Available in ranges from 2-25 hp for feed rates up to 60 GPM liquid chemical.
  • Many injected chemicals often scale depending on water quality/hardness or may be aggressive to stainless steel. (Caustic, Ferric Chloride or Sodium Hypochlorite as well as many others). The optional Titanium external feed system allows for heavy scaling or aggressive chemical to be dispersed away from the unit reducing maintenance and the potential for chemical attack of the motor or guide rail system. Units may be installed in an upstream or down stream orientation depending on the chemical and application.
  • The units easily install with new or retrofit with existing chemical feed equipment. Stainless steel guide rails and Davit Cranes are available for easy retrieval of the unit for maintenance inspection.

GAS MASTRRR SERIES 32 SUBMERSIBLE VACUUM GAS or LIQUID CHEMICAL MIXER

 

The GAS MASTRRR series 32 submersible design allows the chemicals to be flash mixed directly into the water stream, channel, chamber, or rapid mix box with superior velocity gradient mixing intensity. The units are available in vacuum style for gas or liquid chemical induction, or nonvacuum style for liquid flash mixing. The units easily install with new or retrofit with existing chemical feed equipment. Stainless steel guide rails and lifting crane/hoists are available for easy retrieval of the unit for maintenance inspection.
  • Rugged and reliable U.S.A. manufactured submersible motor of 316 stainless steel construction for long-term duty in harsh submerged environments. The motors are liquid filled, water cooled, and are available for single and three phase service with a variety of VAC power voltage options.
  • Available in ranges from 1/2 – 25 Hp for feed rates up to 10,000 PPD gas and 60 GPM liquid chemical per unit. The units are available in vacuum, nonvacuum, or a combination for dual chemical feed.
  • Full 360 degree unobstructed high rate chemical discharge pattern that is radial outward from the unit. This unique discharge pattern allows for high velocity gradient mixing intensity and eliminates short circuit potential in wide channel applications.
  • The single chemical feed design allows a gas or liquid to be flash mixed directly into the water stream. Applications include chlorine gas or sodium hypochlorite for chlorination, sulfur dioxide gas or sodium bisulfite for de-chlorination, ammonia for chloramination, cabon dioxide, and atmospheric air.
  • The dual chemical feed design allows multiple gasses, liquids or a combination of gas and liquid to be mixed directly into the water stream. The chemicals are isolated until flash mixed together at the rotating mixing distributor. Applications include chlorine and ammonia gas for chloramination.
  • The dual chemical feed (high/low shear) design allows multiple chemicals to be fed with diffrent mixing intensities. Gas and liquid or a combination of liquids can be flash mixed from a single unit. The chemicals are isolated until flash mixed together at the rotating mixing distributor. The first feed port directs the chemical through the rotating mixing distributor providing a high shear in excess of 60 fps. The second feed port directs the chemical to an internal annulus ring that drops the chemical around the rotating mixing distributor and is swept away in the discharge mix pattern with a low shear intensity. Applications include chlorine gas and auquaous ammonia for chloramination, alum and polymer for coagulation, and many other dual feed combinations.

INTRUDRRR FLANGED INLINE

SERIES 35F – Designed for vacuum inducting and flash mixing gas and or liquid chemicals into low pressure pipelines from 6″ to over 100″. The mixer utilizes a UHMW Polyethylene rotating distributor to disperse the chemical mix in a 360 degree radial discharge patern.

SERIES 35FP – Designed for non-vacuum flash mixing of liquid chemicals into into pipelines from 6″ to over 100″. The mixer utilizes a rotating Hasteloy-C propeller to disperse the chemical mix in an axial discharge pattern.

* Both units are inserted through a PG-1 flanged packing gland and can be inserted or extracted from the pipeline via an IR-1 extraction device without the need for pipeline shut down.

 

SERIES 3505F (Direct Flanged) – Designed for vacuum inducting and flash mixing gas and or liquid chemicals into low pressure pipelines from 6″ to over 100″. The mixer utilizes a UHMW Polyethylene rotating distributor to disperse the chemical mix in a 360 degree radial discharge patern.

SERIES 3505FP (Direct Flanged) – Designed for non-vacuum flash mixing of liquid chemicals into into pipelines from 6″ to over 100″. The mixer utilizes a rotating Hasteloy-C propeller to disperse the chemical mix in an axial discharge pattern.

* Both units are mounted directly to the pipeline flange and require pipeline shut down to remove for maintenance inspection.

SAVVY CONTROL PANELS

SAVVY 1- Designed for use with your ½ HP -115 VAC or 1 HP 230 VAC single phase GAS MASTRRR series 32 submersible mixers. This non-metallic FRP Nema 4X housed control panel provideds maximum control and protection for your mixer motor.

SAVVY 3 – Designed for use with all three phase GAS MASTRRR series submersible units and INTRUDRRR series inline mixers. This 316 stainless steel Nema 4X housed control panel provideds maximum control and protection for your mixer motor.

SAVVY 4- Designed for use with all three phase GAS MASTRRR series submersible units and INTRUDRRR series inline mixers. This non-metallic FRP Nema 4X housed control panel provideds maximum control and protection for your mixer motor.

SAVVY 5 – Designed for use with all three phase GAS MASTRRR series submersible units and INTRUDRRR series inline mixers where variable mixing intensity is desired. This non-metallic FRP Nema 4X housed control panel provideds maximum control and protection for your mixer motor.

SARAPE GAS CYLINDER HEATING BLANKETS

The SARAPE heating blankets are designed and used to allow normal permissible withdraw rates from 150 lb. and ton cylinders as ambient temperature drops. SARAPE blankets are not designed to overfeed gas or eliminate evaporator systems. The blankets are industrial grade, strap on removable heat blankets, fabricated of extreme wear resistant heavy duty fiberglass woven mesh non-metallic outer shell coated with Teflon and silicon for outdoor waterproof service in corrosive areas.

The SARAPE blankets are not rated for hazardous or explosive areas.

Optional control panels are available for multiple blanket applications or for preset ambient temperature on/off control.
