JCI Industries is currently searching for a qualified candidate for the following positions:  

Inside Sales Representative – Lee’s Summit, MO 

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for promoting growth of JCI Industries through daily interaction with customer via outbound calling, incoming calls, faxes, emails and other communication. Also includes maintaining and updating CRM software, process incoming orders, solicit sales of new or additional products, prepare, follow up and updated parts quotes by due date. Will answer customer questions about products, prices, availability, etc. Looking for aggressive, creative and entrepreneurial spirits.

Warehouse Assistant – Lee’s Summit, MO 

The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for receiving products in the warehouse, selecting orders as well as loading LTL and full truckload shipments. Also includes labeling product, proper communication with shipping company, unloading containers, safely operating power material handling equipment. Will also perform duties as a company driver. Excellent driving record and ability to possess a Class E driver’s license within 3 months of hire required. Forklift experience preferred.

Sales and Marketing Coordinator – Lee’s Summit, MO 

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will coordinate JCI’s marketing campaigns via multi-media resources, conduct market research, produce promotional materials, track and analyze sales data, interpret customers behavior and suggest creative ways to increase brand awareness. Also included are updating content on all social media sites, takes lead role on website design, content and strategy in conjunction with Exec. VP of Sales and Marketing, supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analysis and new product information.

Sales Engineer – Lincoln, NE

The Sales Engineer is responsible for generating a forecasted sales/gross margin and managing all aspects of sales and customer service in specific assigned territory and accounts.   The Sales Engineer develops and nurtures relationships with account decision makers to influence purchasing decisions and to maximize JCI’s competitive position in the account.   The Sales Engineer is seen as a “solutions provider” by our customers and is expected to professionally represent JCI Industries and our vendor partners.

The Sales Engineer is responsible for generating a forecasted sales/gross margin and managing all aspects of sales and customer service in specific assigned territory and accounts.   The Sales Engineer develops and nurtures relationships with account decision makers to influence purchasing decisions and to maximize JCI’s competitive position in the account.   The Sales Engineer is seen as a “solutions provider” by our customers and is expected to professionally represent JCI Industries and our vendor partners.

Field Service Technician

The Field Service Technician performs maintenance/preventative maintenance and millwright-type functions. This includes rotating equipment assembly/disassembly, basic equipment maintenance, rotating equipment alignments, and basic electrical troubleshooting. Candidate should be capable of performing all of the mentioned tasks in a field environment.


Field Service Reliability / Preventative Maintenance Tech

The Field Service Reliability/Preventative Maintenance Technician performs maintenance/preventative maintenance and millwright-type functions. This includes vibration data collection, PdMA online/offline testing, rotating equipment alignments, basic electrical troubleshooting, rotating equipment balancing, and basic equipment maintenance. Candidate should be capable of performing all of the mentioned tasks in a field environment.


Sales Engineer

Pump Repair Technician – Lee’s Summit

The Pump Repair Technician is responsible for repair and maintenance of various types of pumps. This also includes working with rotating equipment, mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, preventative maintenance and field installation of equipment. Experience with submersible pumps a plus. Valid drivers license, good driving record a must.
