Borger Rotary Lobe Pumps are positive displacement  pump transferring sludge to and from thickeners, belt presses, centrifuges, rotary presses,  digesters , air entrained fluids, DAF, and industrial slurries. They handle thick solids greater than 2% up to 2000 gpm and pressures up t0 150 PSI. Rotary lobe pumps can run dry and are capable of self-priming. The rotation of the pair of lobes increases suction chamber pressure and creates a vacuum on the priming side of the pump drawing liquid into the pump chamber.

Belt Dryer -Andritz

Andritz – Belt Drying System – provides highly desired Class A Biosolids in a highly marketable sludge pellet / granule. The process granulates the dewatered sludge in a mixer with product that has already been dried. The moist granulate produced here is distributed evenly over the belt in the dryer by a specially designed feed module. The even layer of material on the belt creates optimum conditions for even distribution of the drying air. This, in turn, is necessary for even heating and drying of the sewage sludge. The layer of material on the belt forms a filter medium for the air flowing onto the granulate layer from above and thus prevents entrainment of dust. The low temperature of the drying gases (< 150°C) and the low dust content in the system facilitate safe operation. The dried material is not exposed to mechanical stress during drying and is pre-cooled before the dryer discharge. The technology – simple, convincing, and successful.

RO – Reverse Osmosis & UF/MF – H20 Innovation

H2O Innovation – Reverse Osmosis for removal of nitrates, dissolved organics, dissolved organics, sulfate, uranium and hardness. RO uses a semi-permeable membrane to separate and remove dissolved solids, organics, pyrogens, submicron collodial matter, viruses, and bacteria from water. The process is called “Reverse” Osmosis since it requires pressure to force pure water across a membrane, leaving the impurities behind. Reverse Osmosis is capable of removing 95 – 99% of the total dissolved solids (TDS) and 99% of all bacteria, thus providing safe, pure water. Applications include surface water, ground water (under influence) and water reuse.

H2O Innovation has been involved in supplying nanofiltration (NF) and reverse osmosis (RO) systems for municipal and industrial applications since the 1990s/ NF/RO applications are used to remove unwanted salts and contaminants from a feed water stream. It is commonly used in drinking water, water reuse and desalination applications. Dewatering Containers; Roll-off, Self-dumping (Sludge, Grit, Oil/Water), Polymer, Sand Separator – Park Process

Park Process – manufacturers dewatering containers, with a porous bottom to dewater sludge, grit or other fluid. The dewatered portion is collected to a drain. The false bottom can be permanent with stainless steel wedge bottom of various openings or with a disposable needle punched polypropylene geotextile filter. The most common type of dewatering container is based on a roll-off box design, although any type of container that is water tight can be made into a dewatering box. This includes containers that are commonly referred to as self-dumping hoppers and front loaders.
