Evoqua – The Aqua-Lator® surface aerator, introduced in 1963, is considered the first floating mechanical aerator for wastewater treatment applications. The powerful pumping action of the surface aerator transfers oxygen by breaking up the wastewater into a spray of particles, creating more surface area for atmospheric pressure to drive oxygen into the wastewater. At the same time, the oxygen-enriched water is dispersed and mixed, resulting in highly effective aeration for wastewater treatment. An optional accessory for Aqua-Lator Surface Aerators, is the Mist Eliminator® Spray Containment Dome providing mist and spray control for cold temperatures.
Aqua Aerobics Systems Aqua-Jet II® Contained Flow Aerator is for applications which require continued operation of aeration equipment during cold weather months, but are limited because of inadequate heat sink due to process selection or environmental conditions. This aerator has proven to operate efficiently in a variety of applications, even in sub-zero temperatures.
Triton – Upgrade the Easy Way
Introducing your back up plan: Get affordable, flexible, easy-to-install aeration. And get it FAST. If your outdated aeration system goes down, is unpredictable or is ready for an upgrade, our Aire-O2 Triton® Process Aerator/Mixers can be shipped anywhere in the continental US in as little as 24 hours! Slip it in, turn it on and your problem is solved – often in less time than repairing your old system and at a fraction of the cost for replacement. Rental fees can even be applied to purchase, so once it is installed, repairing or replacing your old system may no longer be necessary.
Aeration Industries – Aire-O2 Aspirator This surface aerator creates a vacuum drawing air down the shaft into the water. The rotating propeller forces water outward horizontally past the end of the shaft at high velocity. Above the water line, atmospheric air is drawn through intake ports and travels through the hollow drive shaft to be dispersed in a large plume throughout the water. Being diffused into fine bubbles – about 2.0 mm diameter – the oxygen has extended contact time with the water.
