Borger Rotary Lobe Pumps are positive displacement pump transferring sludge to and from thickeners, belt presses, centrifuges, rotary presses, digesters , air entrained fluids, DAF, and industrial slurries. They handle thick solids greater than 2% up to 2000 gpm and pressures up t0 150 PSI. Rotary lobe pumps can run dry and are capable of self-priming. The rotation of the pair of lobes increases suction chamber pressure and creates a vacuum on the priming side of the pump drawing liquid into the pump chamber.

Flygt Compit polyethylene pump stations equipped with Flygt Progressive Cavity Grinder Pumps. The submersible Flygt pump is equipped with a robust grinder Compit Grinder Pump with 238 gallon holding capacity mechanism which consists of high chrome steel for wear resistance that has been proven over the last 20 years. The grinder has the ability to shred all solids into very fine pieces that are easily passed through small pipe diameters. This solid passing capacity combined with the basins bowl shaped bottom eliminates sediment build up and keeps the station clean. The Compit also has a built in anti-flotation that ballasts the station without the added cost of concrete, saving the customer up to 10% on installation cost. The Compit has an overall storage capacity of 238 gallons, and working volume of 140 gallons versus 80 gallons often provided by other basins being installed today.

WEMCO Torque-Flow® Recessed Impeller pump is a centrifugal pump with a radial recessed impeller out of the path of the pumped solids. This impeller uses about 15 percent of the fluid being pumped to create a vortex thus adding energy to the pumped fluid-solids. Features Hi-Chrome (650 BHN) hard construction ideally suited for highly abrasive applications, grit, slurries with gas entrainment, and for stringy or fibrous materials. The recessed impeller creates a vortex within the casing which traps the solids and expels them from the pump with minimal impeller contact.
Wemco® - Screw-Flow Pump by Trillium Flow Technologies is ideal for return activated sludge (RAS) service where the pump could perform against a low total dynamic head while operating close to its best efficiency point (BEP) where bearing loads and shaft deflections are at a minimum. The screw-shaped impeller has improved clog-resistance was also required to eliminate maintenance to free the pumps from rags. The screw centrifugal pumps feature a single, spiral vane impeller with no blade edges exposed to the flow. A cutting groove cast into the liner shears off material that builds up around the impeller periphery and re-introduces it into the flow. The screw-centrifugal design provides clog-resistant pumping for trouble free movement of solids, and fibrous and stringy materials. The steep head-capacity curve produced by the impeller provides additional head to help push through any partial blockages.

LobePro - Rotary Lobe Pumps are typically used to pump WWTP sludge to and from thickeners, belt presses, centrifuges, rotary presses and digesters. They handle thick solids greater than 2% up to 2000 gpm and pressures up to 150 PSI.
UGSI Encore 700 diaphragm metering pump combines the robustness of hydraulic diaphragm pumps with the simplicity and service-ability of a mechanical pump. Handles up to 660 GPH up to 175 psi with efficient, reliable and smooth discharge pattern through the use of a variable non-loss-motion eccentric stroke adjustment. Available in direct drive or pulley drive for an additional 4:1 range ability on stroke frequency with a standard induction motor. When the pulley drive arrangement is combined with a DC variable speed motor, total operating turndown can be as high as 800:1. Repeatable metering accuracy is ± 2% of full scale. Valve assemblies can be easily maintained with without disturbing the suction and discharge piping and clear PVC valve housing allows visual indication of operation.
