Fluoride, Lime Slakers, Silos, Emergency Chlorine Scrubbers, Odor Control – IMS – Integrity Municipal Systems

Integrity Municipal Systems (IMS) is a manufacturer devoted to the design and supply of innovative, pre-assembled, process solutions for the water and wastewater industry. Our fluoride and ammonia feed systems, lime slakers, storage silos, packaged odor control systems, and emergency chlorine scrubbers are fully assembled at our manufacturing factory and designed for ease of installation thereby reducing both time and expense at the client site. Our products originate from the needs of our customers. Let us know what you need, and how we can help you. Our field services team provides comprehensive post-installation maintenance, repair, parts, and support services.  IMS has achieved a reputation for producing unique, practical, and cost-effective solutions for our customers. We are committed to providing quality, service, and overall value that exceed your expectations. Fully-assembled chemical delivery systems for water and wastewater treatment applications. Systems are piped and wired at the factory for quick and easy installation at the client site.

Lime Slaker Systems

Our lime slaker systems provide continuous high volume lime slurries (up to 8,000 lbs/hour) for industrial and municipal process pH adjustment, flocculation, and chemical reaction. The superior paste-type slaking technology consistently produces a higher strength and more reactive lime slurry resulting in more efficient and more economical use of the quicklime. Systems are factory assembled and tested for quick and easy installation, and include options for lime feed and grit removal.

Storage Silos

Our Bulk Chemical Storage and Feed Systems are used to store and feed dry Hydrated Lime, Quicklime, Powdered Activated Carbon (PAC), or Soda Ash in a silo, dissolve it in a tank, and pump the chemical solution to the point of application. Each system’s design is tailored to the project’s needs. Systems typically include a storage silo with accessories and an integral chemical feed equipment room with instrumentation and controls to make a complete and functional system.

IMS Bulk Chemical Storage and Feed Systems for:

  • Hydrated Lime
  • Quicklime
  • Powdered Activated Carbon (PAC)
  • Soda Ash

Flouride Feed Systems

MS Fluoride Feed Systems are used for community water fluoridation. They aredesigned with separate saturator and solution tanks to assure complete saturation, high reliability, low maintenance, and ease of use. Systems are sized to meet customer requirements.

Emergency Chlorine Scrubbers

MS wet emergency chlorine scrubber systems are designed to contain and treat accidental releases of chlorine gas. Systems are offered to treat up to three tons of chlorine gas.
The IMS wet emergency chlorine scrubber is a three-stage single-pass chemical absorption system with very high efficiency horizontal packed bed sections. An induced draft fan pulls the chlorine gas through the scrubber, where it contacts a recirculation caustic solution. The scrubber system is factory pre-assembled, complete with induced draft fan, recirculation pump, instrumentation and controls.

The system design was subjected to the most demanding testing in an actual full scale one-ton chlorine release and surpassed the requirements of the Uniform Fire Code Section 80.
Available Capacities

Model No. Design Capacity Documentation

  • EVS-150 Up to 900 lbs/400 kg of Chlorine
  • EVS-2000 Up to 3-ton of Chlorine
  • EVS-2000C Up to 1-ton of Chlorine

Chemical Feed Systems

IMS chemical feed systems are pre-assembled, fully-functional chemical delivery systems for water treatment applications. These compact, user friendly chemical skids include local storage tanks, full secondary containment, dosing pumps, instrumentation and controls. Systems are piped and wired at the factory for easy and quick hook-up.

Odor Control Systems

Our odor control systems treat odors at sewage pump stations and wastewater treatment plants. Systems are delivered fully-assembled for a quick, simple, and low-cost installation. The I-BOx® Biological Odor Control System uses a two-stage process with a biological stage to remove 99% of the Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S), followed by an activated carbon polishing stage to remove residual H2S and organic odors. Standard models are available to treat up to 5,000 cfm (8500 m3/h) of odorous air.
